Roleplay conversations will help attendees see how things might play out in their hospitals\, as they provide opportunity for the members of their team to take the next steps in their growth. Attendees will leave the session having identified their own bench and/or the steps needed to start building their bench in the future. \nCommunicating Value to Veterinary Clients \nEffectively communicating the value of the care\, services\, and products we provide in veterinary medicine is an ongoing struggle in our field. Attendees of this program will learn skills to effectively communicate value to their clients and will identify their personal struggles with and solutions for communicating value effectively. An emphasis in our conversations is placed on the understanding of the cost of running a veterinary practice. \nSpeaker:\nAnthony Pierlioni\nAnthony’s professional career began in social work\, which provided great value in his later career change to veterinary medicine. He has managed several veterinary practices\, including large specialty and emergency animal hospitals. His most popular book\, Veterinary Leadership Through Fresh Eyes – A Social Worker’s Approach to Veterinary Management\, was published in 2023. Anthony specializes in communication skills and developing and facilitating instructor-led trainings. He travels internationally leading seminars\, facilitating workshops\, and supporting aspiring public speakers and writers in the veterinary and conservation fields. \nThank you for our Sponsors!
