Topics:
Let Them Lead – Preparing the Hospital for Success When You Leave
Leading our team effectively involves giving our team members the autonomy to make decisions and act as leaders, regardless of their current job role. Participants will discover the power they have to delegate and grow the skills of their team members. Roleplay conversations will help attendees see how things might play out in their hospitals, as they provide opportunity for the members of their team to take the next steps in their growth. Attendees will leave the session having identified their own bench and/or the steps needed to start building their bench in the future.
Communicating Value to Veterinary Clients
Effectively communicating the value of the care, services, and products we provide in veterinary medicine is an ongoing struggle in our field. Attendees of this program will learn skills to effectively communicate value to their clients and will identify their personal struggles with and solutions for communicating value effectively. An emphasis in our conversations is placed on the understanding of the cost of running a veterinary practice.
